Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking an In-Office Customer Service Representative to be the frontline face of the company. The role involves handling calls, data entry, scheduling trips, and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, HIPAA‑compliant environment.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience. Proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and basic technology is essential. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; college degree is a bonus.

Qualifications

• College degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and verify eligibility for transportation services.
• Enter customer information into software and maintain accurate data.
• Provide professional customer service to a diverse population.
• Schedule trips in a cost-effective manner and meet KPIs.
• Maintain filing, reception, and clerical duties while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
