The ideal candidate will type at least 30 wpm, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Word/Excel is preferred, with attention to confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Typing 30 wpm or greater.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming ACD calls for customers—passengers, vendors, and clients.
• Schedule trips by documenting requests and selecting the most appropriate vendor.
• Use correct coding and documentation procedures.
• Report issues and unusual trip circumstances to team lead for prompt resolution.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of MTM Transit's Transportation Provider Network.
