MTM Transit in Tracy, CA is seeking a Reservationist to handle incoming calls, schedule transportation, and coordinate trips. You will document trip requests, maintain knowledge of MTM's provider network, and communicate professionally to passengers, vendors, and clients.
Starting pay is $24.50 per hour. You must have a high school diploma or GED, be fluent in English and Spanish, type at least 30 wpm, and possess a valid driver’s license.

The Reservationist handles incoming calls received via an automated call distribution (ACD) system regarding scheduling of transportation and all other details of customer trips.
