Echo Global Logistics, Inc. in Reno seeks an Associate Software Support Engineer to join the End User Computing team and support Echo and ITS core applications. You will be a primary contact for end users, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication across teams.

You will handle end-to-end ticket support, investigate and document solutions, contribute to bug fixes, and help drive automation. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Formación

• 1+ year of application support or related technical experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
• Basic experience with SQL and APIs.
• Familiarity with C# and/or VB.Net.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication across organization levels.
• Team-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Nice to Have experience with monitoring tools Splunk/Dynatrace.
• Exposure to Agile or ITIL practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced application support and resolve user issues end-to-end.
• Manage and prioritize tickets; investigate, escalate, and document solutions.
• Analyze code and contribute to bug fixes and enhancements.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Lead or support deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Partner with Service Desk, Dev, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and improve system reliability.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation (24/7 support).
