Job summary

Dynatrace LLC in Denver, CO seeks a Renewal Specialist to manage end-to-end renewal processes, coordinate with Sales, Finance and partners, and ensure on-time renewals. You will interpret contracts, terms, and pricing to prepare accurate quotes 120 days prior to expiry.

The role emphasizes communication with customers, building value discussions, and collaborating with Account and Customer Success Managers to implement renewal strategies while meeting deadlines and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the entire renewal process, coordinating with Sales, Finance and other members of the organization.
• Work with partners and customers internally and externally, understanding contracts and terms.
• Generate and send quotes 120 days in advance that meet contractual requirements.
• Engage customers in value discussions to support on-time renewals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies.
• Provide information on quotes, reinstatements, co-termination and consolidation of contracts.
• Work in a team to meet deadlines for the assigned region and provide reports.
