Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the entire renewal process, coordinating with Sales, Finance and other members of the organization.
• Work with partners and customers internally and externally, understanding contracts and terms.
• Generate and send quotes 120 days in advance that meet contractual requirements.
• Engage customers in value discussions to support on-time renewals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies.
• Provide information on quotes, reinstatements, co-termination and consolidation of contracts.
• Work in a team to meet deadlines for the assigned region and provide reports.
