Job summary
n8n is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewals for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio, negotiating pricing, terms, and processing in CRM and billing systems. You’ll work with Scaled CSMs to manage renewal risk and maintain accurate forecasts while identifying automation opportunities to scale the function.

Qualifications
- B2B SaaS renewals experience including negotiating contracts and renewals.
- You manage many renewal conversations simultaneously with a sizeable portfolio.
- Experience negotiating pricing, terms, quotes, procurement, and signatures.
- Maintain discipline in forecasts, renewal dates, and CRM data.
Responsibilities
- Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, signatures, CRM/billing processing.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline with ~60 renewals per quarter.
- Partner with Scaled CSMs to assess renewal risk and determine renewal paths.
- Keep renewal forecasts and close plans accurate in CRM.
- Identify and improve renewal workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and CS to resolve blockers.
