Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Renewal Specialist in Detroit to manage the end-to-end renewal process, coordinating with Sales, Finance and internal teams. You will generate quotes 120 days prior and engage customers in value conversations to support on-time renewals.

The role requires experience with software renewals, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and excellent communication. Local commuting distance to the Detroit, MI office is expected.

• Ability to manage high volumes of renewals concurrently.

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the entire renewal process across Sales, Finance and internal teams.
• Coordinate with partners and customers to understand contracts and terms.
• Generate and send quotes 120 days in advance.
• Engage customers in value discussions to support on-time renewals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on strategies.
• Provide information on quotes, reinstatements, co-termination and contract consolidation.
• Work in a team to meet deadlines for the Detroit region.
• Support management reporting and deadline adherence.
