Job summary

n8n GmbH in the United States is seeking a dedicated Renewals Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter.

You will collaborate with Scaled CSMs, Finance, Legal, and Sales to keep forecasts accurate, improve renewal workflows, and leverage automation to scale renewals as the company grows. This role emphasizes an automation mindset in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience owning renewals in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a large set of customers with multiple renewal conversations.
• Comfort negotiating pricing, terms, and contract-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, orders, signatures, CRM updates.
• Manage about 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and renewal dates.
• Collaborate with Scaled CSMs to detect renewal risk and determine renewal path.
