Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Renewal Representative to manage end-to-end renewals for a portfolio of accounts. You will proactively reach out to clients, support renewal negotiations within pricing guidelines, and identify opportunities to add value through upsell and cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of standard renewals.
• Prepare renewal proposals and quotes within approved pricing and terms.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and add-on opportunities during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Operations on deal structure and pricing.
• Ensure renewal documents, approvals, quotes, and signatures are completed accurately and on time.
