Job summary

n8n is looking for a dedicated Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewals for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Scaled CSMs, Finance, Legal, and Sales to protect revenue and drive renewals at scale.

You’ll manage ~60 renewals per quarter, negotiate pricing and terms, and build scalable processes using automation and AI to reduce repetitive work. Prior experience with CRM data hygiene and accurate forecasting is essential.

Qualifications

• SaaS renewals experience in a B2B context.
• Experience managing a high-volume renewal pipeline and dozens of conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, terms, procurement, signatures, and CRM processing.
• Manage around 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and timelines.
• Collaborate with Scaled CSMs to identify renewal risk and path to renewal.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and close plans in the CRM.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate renewal workflows to scale.
