NetDocuments is seeking a Renewal Specialist to protect and grow our subscription revenue. You will own a B2B renewal portfolio, forecast renewals, build quotes in Salesforce, and communicate with customers about contracts and terms.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS renewals, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work autonomously yet be a collaborative team member within the Renewal Team. Working hours include 8:00 am MT – 5:00 pm MT in Utah.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in SaaS renewals, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM required.
• Strong numeracy and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a B2B Renewal portfolio and maximize recurring revenues.
• Forecast renewals accurately and explain variances to manager.
• Build quotes, capture customer details, and manage renewals in Salesforce.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within renewals.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with Renewal Team and other departments to drive loyalty.
