Job summary

n8n is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio, typically €20k–50k ARR, with ~60 renewals per quarter. You’ll partner with Scaled CSMs, finance, and legal to drive revenue retention and scalable renewal motions.

You’ll help build processes, templates, and automation to reduce manual work and improve forecasting, while maintaining CRM hygiene and timely contract closures.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused CS portfolio in B2B SaaS.
• You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and moved dozens of conversations simultaneously.
• You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and handling quotes, orders, and signatures.
• You maintain renewal pipelines with discipline and keep CRM data accurate.
• You have experience in high-growth startups with evolving processes.
• You enjoy building workflows and automation to scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, back-and-forth, signatures, and CRM/billing updates.
• Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline (~60 per quarter) with clear next steps and renewal dates.
• Collaborate with Scaled CSMs to identify renewal risk and determine renewal path.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene for revenue retention.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate workflows, templates, and rhythms to scale renewals.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock renewals.
