Job summary

n8n is looking for an experienced Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewal processes for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio. You’ll partner with Scaled CSMs, Finance, Legal, and Sales to keep renewals moving and protect ARR.

You’ll manage ~60 renewals per quarter, negotiate terms, and help scale the renewal motion with automation and AI, aligning with our remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused CS portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals.
• You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and maintain dozens of renewals and conversations.
• You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and handling quotes, order forms, and signatures.
• You manage renewal pipelines with discipline and keep CRM data accurate.
• You’ve worked in a fast-growing startup environment with evolving processes.
• You notice where processes break down and help improve them with structure and hands-on work.
• You’re interested in using automation/AI to scale high-volume renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end, including quotes, pricing, procurement, and contract processing.
• Manage around 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and renewal dates.
• Partner with Scaled CSMs to identify renewal risk and determine renewal paths.
• Keep renewal forecasts and CRM hygiene for revenue retention visibility.
• Build scalable renewal motions by improving workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to remove blockers and keep renewals moving.
