n8n GmbH is seeking a dedicated Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewals for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio. You will negotiate terms, manage procurement, and drive revenue retention while partnering with Scaled CSMs to flag renewal risks and iterate scalable renewal processes.

Qualifikationen

• B2B SaaS renewals experience: owned commercial renewals, account management, or a renewal portfolio in a B2B SaaS context.
• Managed a sizeable book of customers with dozens of renewal conversations simultaneously.
• Comfort negotiating pricing, terms, quotes, order forms, procurement, and signatures.
• Maintained renewal pipeline with clear dates, steps, and CRM hygiene.

Aufgaben

• Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, forms, signatures, and CRM processing.
• Manage around 60 renewals per quarter with proactive scheduling to prevent slippage.
• Collaborate with Scaled CSMs to identify renewal risk and determine renewal path.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and close plans in the CRM.
