Job summary

n8n is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own renewals end-to-end for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers. You’ll prepare quotes, negotiate terms, coordinate procurement and signatures, and ensure contracts flow smoothly into CRM and billing.

This is a hands-on role in our US team, based in Williamstown, NJ, working closely with Scaled CSMs to protect revenue and extend ARR. You’ll manage ~60 renewals per quarter, drive renewal readiness, and build scalable processes and automation so

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end: issue quotes, negotiate terms, manage procurement and signatures, and update CRM/billing.
• Manage ~60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and timing.
• Collaborate with Scaled CSMs to identify and mitigate renewal risk.
