n8n GmbH is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a high-volume Enterprise portfolio. You’ll negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate procurement and signatures, and work with Scaled CSMs to reduce churn while building scalable renewal processes.

The role focuses on enterprise renewals in a fast‑growing SaaS environment, with a remote-first culture and strong emphasis on automation and AI to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS renewals experience including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, manage procurement and signatures.
• Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline.
• Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear steps and dates.
• Partner with CSMs on renewal risk and health.
• Maintain reliable renewal forecasts and CRM hygiene.
• Identify process improvements to scale renewals.
