As our Renewals Lead, you will own the full renewal cycle for enterprise accounts, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.
Qualifications
- Experience with B2B SaaS renewals or commercial CS on high-volume portfolios.
- Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Ability to build structure and leverage automation.
- Shape the renewal function from the ground up.

- Own the full renewal cycle for ~60 Enterprise accounts per quarter.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.
- Partner with CSMs on risk and keep forecasts and CRM accurate.
