Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewal activity while ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their products. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them closer to ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 years old in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with policy, including driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain customer account records in the store system, including payments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
