Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements while ensuring 100% satisfaction with merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and face-to-face to bring customers closer to ownership of their items.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required by location (United States only).
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure product and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
