Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals by helping customers understand lease benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction with their product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role includes an hourly pay range of $12.75–$13.50 plus performance incentives, with a broad benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
