Job summary

Aaron’s seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers hourly pay of $12.75 to $13.50 plus incentive pay, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching, Dayforce Wallet on-demand pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age in the United States; 18+ in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (United States only).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load and secure product safely using appropriate equipment and operate the company vehicle.
