Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and ensure satisfaction with the product. The role focuses on building relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership and loyalty.

Your day includes handling account upkeep, contacting customers who have not renewed, and contributing to revenue and renewal goals while supporting the sales team and store operations.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• High energy with the ability to multitask and perform all store functions
• Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets
• Maintain a professional appearance

Responsabilidades

• Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including updating information in store system
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits and phone
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Support Sales Team as needed
• Any reasonable duties requested by management
