Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in-home visits.
• Explain benefits to encourage timely lease payments.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Prepare and maintain weekly vehicle and route sheets.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
