Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to build relationships with customers and drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals.

This role combines in-store and face-to-face interactions to help customers progress toward ownership and ensures satisfaction with products. You will maintain accounts, contact customers who have not renewed, and support the sales team while meeting daily and monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 21+ years old in US with valid driver's license and compliant with policy.
• DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (US).
• Ability to work hours from 8am to 9pm.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with dolly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements in home or by phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Perform merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and transport product in company vehicle safely.
