Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments, and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships with customers by phone and in person to help them progress toward ownership of their merchandise.

Responsibilities include helping set and achieve revenue/renewal goals, maintaining accurate accounts, and handling renewals through calls or home visits. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support revenue and renewal goals for the store on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals by phone or visits as needed.
