Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to bring them closer to ownership.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive, energetic approach. The position is non-exempt, hourly paid, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Formación

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work flexible hours from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and perform all store functions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system and document appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Ensure merchandise is cleaned and certified in QA for returned items.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
