The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to coach customers through lease renewals and payments.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers closer to ownership, with a focus on high-quality service and achieving revenue targets. This role involves maintaining accurate account information, contacting customers who haven’t renewed leases, and supporting the sales team with timely payments and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customers’ accounts and update information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for items returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
