Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor role focuses on driving payment collections and lease renewals while building strong relationships with customers by phone and in person. You will help customers understand lease benefits and work toward ownership with a high-energy, service-driven approach.

The position includes face-to-face visits, performance-based incentives, and a commitment to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customers' accounts and update information in the store computer system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise in the QA Center.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load and secure products in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
