Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. You will coach customers to drive payment collections and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction with products.

This role involves building relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership. Responsibilities include maintaining customer information, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, and helping achieve revenue and renewal

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy; DOT certification in required states.
• Ability to work schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system and document all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases through in-home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate vehicle.
