Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals, building strong customer relationships by phone and in person. You will coach customers toward ownership while meeting daily revenue targets and supporting delivery and returns in a fast-paced store.

Strong communication, empathy, and high energy are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer Account Advisors must connect with people and explain things clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• High energy with ability to multitask and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated customer information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist Customer Account Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Clean and certify merchandise in QA Center for items returned.
• Maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
