Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in California is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and ensure 100% satisfaction with the product.

You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and in person to help bring them one step closer to ownership. This role requires high energy, strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with a schedule that may include early mornings to evenings.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer account information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
