Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to drive payments and renewals by explaining lease benefits and building strong relationships with customers, both over the phone and in person. The role focuses on coaching customers toward ownership while delivering friendly, responsive service.

You will manage customer accounts, support daily revenue and renewal goals, and assist with merchandise returns and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Attain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed Lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Help set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
