Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting sales and the Aaron’s brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR; US residents.
• Ability to work hours 8am–9pm.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system; document all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements via home visits or calls.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle and ensure safe operation of vehicle.
