Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce experience.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience guiding complex workflow in renewal, reporting, or case-driven operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and related workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Act as primary point of contact for Client Management during renewal.
• Coach and guide team through training and day-to-day support for adoption of renewal processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and identify risks.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
• Propose and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead internal initiatives on processes, workflows, reporting, and operational changes.
• Provide mentorship and direction to maintain a collaborative, high-performing team.
