Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution
• Act as primary contact for Client Management through renewal
• Coach and guide team through training and day-to-day support
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks
• Provide status updates and address operational concerns
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
• Lead internal team initiatives to improve renewal effectiveness and scalability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team
