Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and Salesforce case management, driving accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead daily case calls, coach team members, and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, mitigate risks, and improve processes in a fast-paced health insurance environment.

This full-time role requires 5–7 years of reporting experience and 3–5 years with Salesforce and renewal

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce and renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex workflow in renewal, reporting, or case-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of renewal processes and reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows to ensure delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management throughout renewal process.
• Coach and guide team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and scalability.
• Lead internal team initiatives and drive workflow enhancements and reporting refinements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
