Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce and insurance renewal process experience.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience guiding complex renewal/workflow in renewal, reporting, or case-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of renewal processes, reporting expectations, and stakeholder support.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Growth mindset with agility and ability to develop others.
• Strong execution and delivery in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Ability to coach team members with clear operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs and workflows.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review complex Salesforce cases.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewal processes.
• Coach and guide team through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team.
