Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce and renewal process experience.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience guiding complex renewal, reporting, or case-driven workflows.
• Strong renewal process knowledge and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as main contact for Client Management during renewal; sustain relationships.
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support for renewal workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess operational needs.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal & reporting team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team.
