Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and case workflows. You'll coordinate with Client Management, lead daily discussions, and mentor a growing team to ensure accurate, timely delivery and scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in reporting, 3–5 years with Salesforce and renewal processes, and experience in health insurance benefits, driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years experience with Salesforce and renewal process.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex renewal/workflow.
• Strong knowledge of renewal processes and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes and related programs.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewal processes.
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal team effectiveness and scalability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for a high-performing team.
