Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal and reporting workflows, case management in Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide a team through training, process enhancements, and timely delivery across renewals and reporting programs.

The role requires direct renewal and reporting experience in health benefits, strong problem-solving, and the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent specialized training.
• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce and renewal process experience.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee execution of renewal processes, reporting-related programs, and operational workflows to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review complex Salesforce cases to support timely resolution and consistent execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Client Management throughout the renewal process, maintaining strong relationships.
• Coach and guide team members through training and day-to-day support to strengthen adoption of renewal processes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess operational needs, and support mitigation planning.
• Provide regular status updates, address operational concerns, and elevate issues as needed to support timely resolution.
• Identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements and best practices to strengthen efficiency and quality.
• Lead and support internal team initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness, consistency, and scalability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to support a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
