Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce and insurance renewal process experience.
• Health insurance group benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal processes, programs, and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary Client Management contact throughout the renewal process.
• Coach and train team on renewal processes and request workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues to meet deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Support small team initiatives to improve renewal effectiveness.
