Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Burton, MI is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payments, building relationships over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

This role offers hourly pay of $14.00 to $15.00 plus incentive pay, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment and a focus on excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements via in-home visits and calls.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payments.
• Assist Customer Account Manager to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Load, secure and inspect returned merchandise.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Safely operate company vehicle and support Sales Team.
