Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a remote Project Manager with up to 25% travel to oversee HV/MV projects in the Renewable, Power Delivery, Utility, and Data Center sectors. You will review RFPs, coordinate bids, and manage subcontracts, change orders, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction or project management, and experience with substations or transmission lines. Strong communication and PM software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience with high/medium voltage substations, transmission lines, or similar projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and coordinate bid proposals with estimators.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and ensure compliance.
• Draft/review contracts and change orders.
• Manage contractual requirements and resolve disputes.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with field operations to meet schedule and budget.
