Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Director, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large organizations from our Chicago area offices and remotely where appropriate. The role requires managing multiple client engagements, guiding teams, and collaborating with executives to optimize financial reporting and disclosure management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Workiva implementations for large organizations.
• CPA certification preferred or equivalent experience in financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large, complex organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva implementation engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and project sponsors, proactively managing expectations, risks, scope, and engagement health.
• Mentor consultants and support career development.
