Job summary

Clearsulting LLC seeks a Senior Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large organizations. You will provide delivery leadership, build executive relationships, and mentor delivery teams, while collaborating on proposals and solution design to drive client success.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8+ years of Workiva leadership, CPA or equivalent, deep expertise in financial reporting and disclosure management, and strong Excel/data analysis

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years leading Workiva implementations with responsibility for solution delivery and client engagement.
• CPA required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting and external reporting.
• Deep Workiva expertise in financial reporting, disclosure management, and related capabilities.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to manage executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large, complex organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva engagements with high-quality execution.
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively manage expectations, risks, and scope.
• Serve as SME on Workiva capabilities for financial reporting and disclosure management.
• Mentor consultants and support career development.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development, proposals, and scoping.
• Contribute to methodologies, accelerators, and internal best practices.
• Manage multiple engagements balancing quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Follow firm methodologies and delivery standards.
