Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large organizations. You will partner with finance, accounting, and reporting stakeholders to design, implement, and deploy reporting solutions that improve disclosure management.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent experience in financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Workiva for financial reporting and disclosure management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience presenting to executives and driving scope, risks, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership and ensure high-quality execution using best practices.
• Build relationships with client executives and project sponsors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workiva capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and develop delivery teams.
• Support business development with proposals, demos, and scoping.
• Develop implementation methodologies, assets, and accelerators.
• Manage multiple engagements balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Follow firm methodologies and delivery standards consistently.
