Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Director, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large, complex organizations. You will partner with finance and reporting stakeholders to design, implement, and deploy solutions that improve financial reporting and disclosure management.

You will provide delivery leadership across engagements, mentor consultants, and collaborate with firm leadership on business development and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Led Workiva engagements with large clients.
• Delivered high-quality client solutions on time and budget.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements with clients.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva projects.
• Build relationships with client executives and sponsors, manage scope and risks.
• Serve as SME on Workiva capabilities for financial reporting and disclosure.
• Mentor delivery teams and support career development.
• Support business development with proposals, solutions, and client demos.
• Help develop methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.
• Balance multiple engagements with quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
