Job summary

Clearsulting in Chicago, IL, is seeking a seasoned Workiva Engagement Lead to deliver end-to-end implementations for large finance teams. You will partner with accounting and reporting stakeholders to design, implement, and deploy solutions that enhance financial reporting and disclosure management.

You will lead delivery across engagements, mentor delivery teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration with executives while balancing scope, timelines, and budgets in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience leading Workiva implementations
• Deep expertise with the Workiva platform for financial reporting
• CPA preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage client relationships
• Proven consulting, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large organizations
• Provide delivery leadership ensuring high-quality execution and best practices
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively manage expectations and risks
• Mentor and develop consultants on technical guidance
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations
