Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end implementation engagements for large organizations.

You will deliver cross-functional leadership with finance, accounting, and reporting stakeholders, mentor consultants, and help develop reusable assets and methodologies while ensuring high-quality client outcomes. Travel 20-40% and a hybrid/remote work setup are supported.

Qualifications

• CPA required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting, SEC/SEDAR reporting, external reporting, technical accounting, or corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, reporting processes, disclosure management, and reporting controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing relationships with executive and senior finance stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating business needs into scalable Workiva solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workiva implementation engagements for large, complex organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva engagements, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and project sponsors, proactively managing expectations, risks, scope, and overall engagement health.
• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants by providing technical guidance and reviewing work products.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support business development activities, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, and internal best practices.
• Effectively manage multiple client engagements while balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
