Job summary

Clearsulting LLC seeks an experienced Workiva Delivery Leader to guide end-to-end implementations for large organizations. You will partner with finance, accounting, and reporting teams to design, implement, and deploy Workiva solutions that improve financial reporting and disclosure processes.

You will provide delivery leadership, ensure best practices, and build strong client relationships while mentoring consultants and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading Workiva implementations and solution delivery.
• Deep expertise with the Workiva platform, including financial reporting and disclosure management.
• CPA required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting or external reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and reporting controls.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing client relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating business needs into scalable Workiva solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva engagements with high-quality execution.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and manage engagement health.
• Mentor and develop consultants on Workiva implementations.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to methodologies and reusable assets for Workiva deployments.
• Balance multiple client engagements with budget and timelines.
